Onboarding Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding our clients through the entire process of going LIVE with our PawnMate software. This includes conducting comprehensive training sessions, configuring software settings according to each client’s specific needs, and assisting with the setup of printers, scanners, and other essential hardware and managing tier one support bucket. 

The Onboarding Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for our clients, enabling them to maximize the benefits of our software. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed training sessions on PawnMate software for new clients, ensuring they are proficient in its use and understand its full capabilities.
• Configure software settings and customize features to meet the specific operational needs of each client.
• Assist in the setup and integration of hardware devices such as printers, scanners, and web cams
• Provide ongoing support and guidance during the initial implementation phase, addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and progress throughout the onboarding process.
• Stay up-to-date with new software updates and features, incorporating this knowledge into training materials and sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a pawn shop environment, with a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations and challenges faced by pawnbrokers.
• Strong background in technology, particularly in POS systems and hardware setup.
• Exceptional training and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients, fostering positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
